The Promotion Period ("Promotion Period") for the Sweepstakes begins on April 10, 2018 and runs every 24 hours beginning 12:01am.
There are two ways to play Funzpoints (funzpoints.com).
You can play in Standard mode using the game credits "Standard funzpoints".
You can receive free Standard funzpoints every three (3) hours by spinning the funzwheel. Standard funzpoints are deposited into your Standard funzpoints bank.
You can also receive free Standard funzpoints by mailing a request to Woopla Inc, PO Box 537, Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 6H4 Canada. Your submission must be legible, and be marked FUNZPOINTS SWEEPSTAKES at the top of the page. You must list your name, your address, your Funzpoints display name, and the email address that you use with Funzpoints. If your handwriting is not legible, the funzpoints will not be deposited into your account, and will be voided. You will receive 1,000 Standard funzpoints which will be deposited into your Standard bank. Additionally, you will receive 500 free Premium funzpoints which will be deposited into your Premium bank, and 10 tickets. Each mail-in entry must be sent in its own envelope and redemptions of mail-ins may be rate limited to one redemption per 5 working day period. It is your responsibility to check your Premium bank regularly for your Premium funzpoints and to know the status of eligibility of free Premium funzpoints.
You can purchase Standard funzpoints. The quantity of Standard funzpoints associated with each purchase is identified in the purchase screen that can be accessed by selecting the Buy button in the game header.
When a User plays for free in Standard mode, some games are locked, some mystery booster games are locked, and ads are displayed at various times during game play.
If no purchases have been made within the previous 30 days, some games and boosters are locked and ads are displayed at various points during game play.
All free Standard funzpoints collected from the funzwheel or from mail-ins have associated restrictions ("Restricted funzpoints"). Restricted funzpoints in Standard do not unlock games, boosters, or remove ads. All game wins in Standard mode are virtual wins that hold no value and cannot be redeemed.
Tickets are awarded during game play in Standard. Each ticket awarded or won during game play in Standard is equal to one entry into the daily sweepstakes jackpot ("Jackpot"). Tickets are awarded and won at the same rate in both Standard and Premium modes.
You can play in Premium mode using the free sweepstakes entries "Premium funzpoints".
You will receive free Premium funzpoints with every purchase of Standard funzpoints. The quantity of free Premium funzpoints associated with each purchase is identified in the purchase screen that can be accessed by selecting the Buy button in the game header. All free Premium funzpoints are Restricted Premium funzpoints and are strictly for game play. All wins from playing Restricted Premium funzpoints are redeemable sweepstakes prizes.
You will receive a bonus of 500 free Premium funzpoints with a mail in request for free Standard funzpoints. The 500 Premium funzpoints will be deposited to your Premium bank. Each mail-in entry must be sent in its own envelope and redemptions of mail-ins may be rate limited to one redemption per 5 working day period. The free Premium funzpoints may expire within 30 days from deposit if not played. Premium funzpoints transferred from your funzwallet to your Premium funzpoints bank do not have any associated restrictions.
In Premium, all games are unlocked, all ads are removed, and all boosters are unlocked.
All wins from game play in Premium are redeemable sweepstakes prizes. Tickets are awarded during game play in Premium. Each ticket awarded or won during game play in Premium is equal to one entry into the daily sweepstakes jackpot ("Jackpot"). Tickets are awarded and won at the same rate in both Premium and Standard modes.
Sponsor reserves the right to change the game odds and payouts at any time.
For any ticket drawing, Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner within one (1) hour of the drawing. Notice can be given by on-screen alert, email, website notification, Facebook message, mail or any other method of contact as provided to the Sponsor by the User. Notice will be considered provided when such notice has been delivered by the Sponsor. It is the sole responsibility of each Sweepstakes User to maintain their contact information or method current. Sponsor shall not be responsible to award winnings if User's contact information is not accurate.
Sponsor is not liable for any internet disruptions, server downtime, device limitations or any regulatory issues outside of the control of the Sponsor. In the event of any disruptions, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, decide to provide refunds. In addition, if both Standard and Premium funzpoints resulting from a purchase are unused, Sponsor may issue a refund upon request. The refund request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and must include the User's display name, email address associated with Funzpoints, and details of the purchase transaction including purchase amount, date of purchase, and purchase transaction ID or purchase confirmation number.
Users agree (1.) that Sponsor, its affiliated companies, promotion and advertising companies, computer servicing companies and security agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (individually and collectively referred to as "Sponsor, affiliates, partners and personnel") are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winners, entrants, and participants against any liability for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, loss, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related or travel related activities, and, (2.) each potential winner agrees to grant permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, at any time or times, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet, World Wide Web and other media (except where such usage is legally prohibited), without approval, review or notice.
The use of improper, unfair, or unauthorized methods to access and enter this Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the opening and/or use of multiple accounts, the use of altered or unauthorized hardware or software to assist or alter play (including the use of bots, bot nets, collusion with bots and/or use of gaming programs or software), accessing the Funzpoints from foreign or otherwise ineligible location or IP address, using proxy servers, automated technology, or other means to conceal your identity, any circumstance or act that unfairly alters your chance of winning, gives you an unfair advantage, or constitutes the commission of deception or fraud. Entries determined by the Sponsor to be submitted through such means are not valid entries and are not eligible to win a prize and all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for winning prizes in the future.
Sponsor, partners, affiliates, and personnel are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, postage due or non-delivered entries, email or mail; or for unavailable or interrupted satellite, server, network, Internet Service Provider (ISP), application, website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed satellite, computer, cable or telephone transmissions, or lines, or technical or programming error or failure or corrupted, jumbled, delayed, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions or computer software or hardware malfunctions, technical errors or difficulties, or failures, or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or network or the inaccurate or incorrect capture of registration, entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any information. In the event of flood, fire, earthquake, accident, epidemic, explosion, or other act of God, act of public enemy; act of government, including any governmental order, regulation or order of any court of competent jurisdiction; strike, lockout or other labour dispute; civil or riot commotion; war (whether declared or undeclared) or armed conflict; acts of terrorism; enactment of, rule, or order or act of government or governmental instrumentality (whether federal, provincial, provincial, state or local); or other cause of similar or different nature beyond Sponsor's control (all of which events are referred to herein as "force majeure events"), Sponsor shall have the right to terminate this Sweepstakes drawing without further obligations, if any, hereunder, or at Sponsor's sole option, to suspend the Sweepstakes drawing for a period equal to the duration and the effect of the duration of any such force majeure event.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1.) any and all claims, disputes, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and (2.) any and all claims, awards and judgements shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs directly associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3.) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and for any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Any fees or taxes associated with prize payments are the sole responsibility of the User, and Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize payments. To obtain a particular summary of your game play, please submit a request by email to email@example.com and include your name, email address, funzpoints display name, and the time frame of the game play transactions you would like to receive. Woopla Inc will make best efforts to deliver the information within 5 - 10 business days.
Standard funzpoints can only be used for game play in Standard mode and cannot be transferred or converted to Premium funzpoints. Premium funzpoints can only be used for game play in Premium mode and cannot be transferred or converted to Standard funzpoints. You cannot transfer Standard funzpoints or Premium funzpoints to any other funzpoints account. You are not permitted to sell your account to another User or pay another User for their account. Standard funzpoints do not have any monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash prizes.
From time to time, Sponsor may offer promotions and incentives. All bonus Premium funzpoints awarded as part of a purchase promotion are Restricted funzpoints. Each marketing promotional offer will begin 12:00:01 am Atlantic Time and will end at 12:00:00 am Pacific Time for the date specified on the promotional offer. You cannot purchase Standard funzpoints if you live in the State of Washington or Idaho. Any purchases found to be made by residents of the State of Washington or Idaho will result in your account being deactivated and premium funzpoints will be forfeited.
The maximum win on any one spin or play is 500,000 funzpoints. When the total sweepstakes prize winnings equals 1,000,000,000 Premium funzponts in the following combined states, the Sweepstakes will no longer be available in Florida, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Your payment information will not be stored with Funzpoints. Zippy.cash is PCI compliant, ensuring the security of your credit card transactions.
Any purchases that you make should only be made with credit or debit cards in your name. If the name on your Funzpoints profile account differs from the name on the card(s) that you use, your transaction may be declined and your Funzpoints account may be temporarily deactivated. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are using a valid and authorized card for purchases. Woopla uses third-party systems to monitor transactions for fraudulent activity and money laundering. If your account is flagged for suspicious or improper activity, your transaction will be declined and your Funzpoints account may be deactivated. In such circumstances, Funzpoints will not be obligated to refund any purchases or redeem sweepstakes prizes. Furthermore, we will cooperate with all authorities including financial institutions and law enforcement agencies and will provide all necessary information for their investigation.
Woopla Inc does not extend credit for any reason whatsoever.
Woopla Inc may terminate any User's access to Funzpoints in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. It is Woopla Inc's policy to terminate Users who violate these Terms and Conditions of Use as deemed appropriate in Woopla Inc's sole discretion. Woopla Inc also reserves the right to terminate accounts with offensive Display Names. You agree that Woopla Inc is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to Funzpoints.
If you process any chargebacks, your account will be immediately suspended, your standard and premium balances may be voided and you will not be eligible to redeem premium funzpoints for cash.
If you are found to have multiple Funzpoints accounts, all accounts may be permanently deactivated.
If you communicate with us in an offensive, defamatory, abusive, or threatening manner, we reserve the right to deactivate your account.
If your account is flagged for fraudulent activity, your account will be immediately deactivated and the redeemable value of Premium funzpoints will be forfeited.
If you would like to close your Funzpoints account, please submit a request to email@example.com with the subject ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION. Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours from acknowledgement of your request. You may be able to reactivate your Funzpoints account again by submitting a formal request by email. If your request is approved, your account will be reactivated within 72 hours.
Woopla Inc uses a third party agency to perform verification checks using the personal information that you provide in your account profile. You will not be permitted to collect any sweepstakes prize winnings until you have successfully completed the verification process. The information that you provide in your account profile must be identical to the information on your government issued identification.
To facilitate collection of prizes, you agree to provide current, accurate and complete personal information and it is your responsibility to contact us to update that information if it becomes out of date in order to remain eligible for collecting prizes.

Funzpoints has tools to help you manage your game play so that you can focus on having fun. The Money Limits feature allows you to set a limit and stick to it.
You can take a break from game play by voluntarily self-excluding yourself from Funzpoints for a defined period of time. Once you set your self-exclusion time period, you will immediately be logged out of Funzpoints and you will not be able to login until your set time has expired.
If you wish to permanently close your account, you can submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org and your account will be deactivated within 24 hours.

You agree to not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Funzpoints, the server on which Funzpoints is stored or any computer, server, or database connected to Funzpoints. You agree to not attack Funzpoints via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial of service attack. Woopla Inc will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer software, hardware, equipment, mobile device, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Funzpoints or to your downloading of any material posted on or linked to Funzpoints.
You agree that you will not participate in any unlawful activity on the Funzpoints platform. You agree not to use illicit funds on the Funzpoints platform, including the form of money laundering or any other type of financial crime. You agree that you will only use cards that you are authorized to use. You agree not to modify or tamper with any documents that you provide for verification purposes, including identification documents. You agree not to set up multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting special offers.

Funzpoints is a social gaming sweepstakes platform. No purchase is required to participate in the sweepstakes draw. You can collect free funzpoints and play for free. All tickets accumulated during game play in both Standard and Premium mode get entered into the daily jackpot draws.

In Standard mode, all in-game wins are virtual. You can play for free by collecting Standard funzpoints every 3 hours from the funzwheel. You can also purchase additional Standard funzpoints. When you are playing with free Standard funzpoints, ads are displayed at various times during game play. A limited number of games and boosters are playable, and select games and boosters are not available. When you are playing with purchased Standard funzpoints, ads are removed, more boosters are available, and all games are unlocked for a minimum of 30 days from the most recent purchase. Tickets awarded during game play are entered into the jackpot draw for the timeframe.
In Premium mode, all of your in-game wins are redeemable sweepstakes prizes. Ads are removed, and all games and boosters are available. Tickets awarded during game play are entered into the jackpot draw for that timeframe.
You can receive free Standard funzpoints every 3 hours by spinning the Standard funzwheel. Standard funzpoints are deposited into your Standard funzbank.

Each mail-in entry must be sent in its own envelope and redemptions of mail-ins may be rate limited to one redemption per 5 working day period. Each mail-in entry redemption will have 1000 standard funzpoints, 500 premium funzpoints, and 10 tickets deposited to your account.
Jackpot winners are displayed using Display Names. In the future, leaderboards may be introduced and Display Names will be used on the leaderboard.
If you lost or forgot your password you can quickly change your password. Go to the login page funzpoints.com, enter your email address and press the link for forgot password. A new password will be sent to you by email. You can use that temporary password to log in to funzpoints. Once you log in, you should change your new temporary password in the Profile section of the Option Menu.
Funzpoints is a web app and is not distributed through an App Store. Open funzpoints.com either Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS) and follow the onscreen instructions to add Funzpoints to your home screen.
Jackpot winnings are deposited into your Premium funzbank. Premium funpoints can be transferred from your funzwallet directly to your bank account.
The system will not process payments until all required personal information such as name, address and date of birth is provided in the Profile section of the Option Menu and the personal information is compliant with the sweepstakes Rules.
You can transfer any amount of Premium funzpoints into your funzwallet and back to your Premium funzbank. Any sweepstakes winnings of 2,000 Premium funzpoints or more can be transferred from your funzwallet to an available 3rd party wallet or direct to your bank account.
The maximum sweepstakes prize that can be transferred from your funzwallet is 200,000 Premium funzpoints per transaction.
